Mamady Konneh is the Founder and Executive Director of WeNetworkNow, a non-profit that supports individuals from diverse backgrounds through mentorship and professional development programs. He currently leads a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) program at Calabrio and previously led the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program at Okta. With over a decade of security industry experience across SaaS, healthcare, finance, and retail, Mamady shares his expertise as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota, where he teaches Cloud Security and Strategy. He authored a research paper on building a secure digital identification for Guinea Conakry, which he presented at an international conference in Marseille, France, in 2018. Mamady’s commitment to fostering a community of changemakers earned him the 2021 Minnesota Outstanding Refugee Award. His work continues to bridge technology, education, and community to drive inclusive progress and innovation.
