Paul Hershberger is a cybersecurity executive with more than 25 years’ experience currently responsible for Cybersecurity Threat management and Incident Response at nVent. Prior to nVent Paul provided leadership and direction to the enterprise team responsible for cyber threat identification and management at Cargill. Prior to Cargill, Paul led the development and implementation of a global security strategy as CISO for the Mosaic Company. Through the years Paul has held roles in technology risk consulting, infrastructure architecture, IT audit, and SOX compliance, and is a past chair to both the Food and Ag ISAC and Food and Ag Sector Coordinating Council. Prior to his cybersecurity career, Paul served in the US Army for 12 years.
