Bill James is the Midwest Region President of the Navy League of the United States. Bill has spent most of his career in high technology with F100 firms including Digital Equipment, HP, Sun Microsystems and AT&T Enterprise in strategic sales, marketing and senior management. His education tours include a BSMech Engr., from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Carlson Business School – U of MN.
