Gretchen White serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities in Minnesota, where she leads the organization’s strategic technology initiatives and ensures the alignment of IT systems with the Council’s mission to enhance the region’s livability and sustainability.
