Nicolette Weis is a Cyber Officer in the Minnesota Air National Guard and a Planner for the Minnesota National Guard’s Cyber Coordination Cell (C3), where she supports cyber preparedness and incident response partnerships across Minnesota. With prior enlisted experience and over a decade of military service, her work focuses on cybersecurity readiness, training, and collaboration across state and federal partners. Nicolette also serves on the board of the Minnesota chapter of the Military Cyber Professionals Association (MCPA).
