Stefanie Horvath, CISSP, is the Chief Information Security Officer at the City of Saint Paul where she is responsible for securing the City’s data, applications and networks. She also serves in the Army National Guard and currently serves as the Deputy Commanding General for the Army’s Cyber Center of Excellence. Her most significant awards include the Defense Service Medal, the Bronze Star Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal. Major General Horvath holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity from the EC-Council. Horvath received the Cyber Security Summit Visionary Governance Champion award in 2018 and served for many years on the CSS Think Tank/Advisory Board.
